Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to any booking of a photography service with Mlle L Photographie. The session contract provided at the time of booking sets out the specific conditions.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the photography services offered by Mlle L Photographie (maternity, newborn, baby, family and sensory bath ritual sessions), carried out at the Annemasse studio, at home or outdoors.

2. Booking and deposit

A session booking is confirmed after discussing the project and agreeing on the date. For all sessions and collections, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

3. Prices and payment

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of booking. The balance is paid according to the terms agreed with the photographer. Accepted payment methods: bank card, cash, PayPal and bank transfer.

4. Rescheduling or cancellation

Any request to reschedule or cancel must be made as soon as possible. The conditions for rescheduling, cancellation and refund of the deposit are those set out in the session contract provided at the time of booking.

5. Session and delivery of the photographs

After the session, a selection of retouched photographs is made available in a private online gallery, within a timeframe communicated at the time of booking. The number of photographs included depends on the chosen collection; additional images can be added at the price shown on the website.

6. Image rights and use of the photographs

Unless the client objects in writing, Mlle L Photographie may use a selection of photographs to promote its business (website, social media, communication materials), while respecting the image rights of the people photographed.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed on a date or at a frequency expressly agreed with the consumer, which is the case for photo sessions booked for a specific date.

8. Intellectual property

The copyright in the photographs taken belongs to Mlle L Photographie. The client has a right of private use of the delivered images (personal printing, private sharing), for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Disputes

In the event of a disagreement, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, consumer clients may use the consumer mediator free of charge: Union des Photographes Professionnels (UPP), 11 rue de Belzunce, 75010 Paris, France — www.upp.photo. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal judiciaire of Thonon-les-Bains, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
